Maltitol is polyol form maltose after hydrogenation,has liquid and crystalline products. Liquid product is from high quality maltitol. As the raw material of maltitiol, the content of maltose is better over 60%, otherwise the Maltitol will then only take bleow 50% of total polyols after hydrogenation, and then cannot be called Maltitol. The main hydrogenation procedure of maltitol is: raw material preparation-PH value adjust-Reaction-Filter and decolor-Ion change-Evaporation and concentration-Final product.

 

Applications

Maltitol E965 can be used in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Health & Personal care products, Agriculture/Animal Feed/Poultry. Maltitol E965 is a sugar alcohol (a polyol) used as a sugar substitute. Maltitol can be used as a sweetener, emulsifier, and stabilizer, in stuffings, biscuits, cakes, candies, chewing gums, jams, beverages, ice creams, daubed foods, and baking food.
