Maltitol liquid is made from maltose through hydrogenation and reduction.
It is a natural low-calorie sweetener. It has the following characteristics:

II. Application
The sweetness of malto-oligositol is in the range of 20-60. As the maltose content increases, the sweetness increases. The sweetness is like sucrose, pure and soft. Good heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance and good stability. Maillard reaction does not occur. Since the molecular structure of maltitol liquid does not have reducing groups, it will not react with amino groups in caramel. The sugar boiling temperature of maltitol liquid products is above 160-180ºC, which is suitable for the production of sugar-free hard candies. *In FoodMaltitol Liquid can be used as sweetener, humectant in food such as in biscuits, cakes, candies, chewing gums, jams, ice creams, daubed foods, baking food and diabetes food. *In BeverageMaltitol Liquid can be used as Thickeners, sweetness in beverage. *In PharmaceuticalMaltitol Liquid can be used as intermediate in Pharmaceutical. *In Health and Personal careMaltitol Liquid used as a flavoring agent, humectant or a skin-conditioning agent in cosmetic and personal care products. *In Agriculture/Animal Feed/Poultry feedMaltitol Liquid can be used in Agriculture/Animal Feed/Poultry feed. *In Other IndustriesMaltitol Liquid can be used as intermediate in various other industries. |

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Should be stored in airtight container in a cool and dry place below 40ºC and relative humidity less then 70%

Each packing unit must carry a label indicating the name of the product, the net weight, the name of the manufacture, the date of production, the batch code, expiry date or shelf life and storage condition.
